Phase 1 - New Build

• New build (Block D) has been handed over to the school 
• Decanting process on new build has commenced
• Refurb works to Blocks B&C have started
• External works are in progress

Progress for last month: 1st to 31st of July 2010

      Phase 1 - New Build

STG New Build block D is near completion, with the building being handed over at the end of July 2010.

• The facade works and link bridge installation is complete
•  Internal works are complete
•  The roof will be covered with play surface during July 2010
•  The M&E works are complete. Testing and commissioning is well under way
• External works drainage and surface water is near completion. Thames water will do the final connection.
